Our Story
We came from the other side of the table.
It's a curious thing. Most agencies are built by people who've only ever worked at agencies -- moving from client to client every quarter. Sometimes overpromising, sometimes underdelivering, because the worst that can happen is that they lose an account and an account can always be replaced with another.
We came from the other side of the table. Before this, we were the in-house team -- the ones a founder actually trusted with the plan, the budget, and the outcome. In our respective careers, we have consistently outperformed our cohorts and we think we know better than the agencies we've worked with.
So we finally did the thing we've talked about for years. We started our own marketing agency. We went all in.
Leatherjacket is a brand new agency cofounded by opinionated but talented friends. Between us, we've worked across SaaS, travel and tourism, NGOs, hospitals, entertainment, manufacturers, and corporates.
We commit to realistic deadlines and deliverables, and want to work with the same company for years. We work closely with founders, close deals ourselves, and see projects through end-to-end.
We don't work like an outside vendor. We work the way your own team would, because that's the only way we know how to work. So here we are.
The Players

Clare
The Queen moves in every direction in a game of chess. So does Clare.
With over 12 years in marketing, she is equal parts writer and strategist. She's spent half her career in leadership, building and scaling teams, steering multi-million dollar products, and navigating industries as varied as they come.
She understands reputation. She understands content. And she understands, instinctively, how strategy actually works not just on paper, but in practice. She'll handle your marketing, your sales conversations, your end-to-end project journey, and your peace of mind.

Amal
The Bishop doesn't move in straight lines. Neither does great design.
Amal is the kind of designer who makes things look good and also insists on making them feel right. He brings instinct, freshness, and a very stubborn commitment to quality to everything he touches.
He makes the work enjoyable for our team. With a background in travel, tourism, and photography, he comes up with ideas that are refreshingly original and inspired. He takes great joy in the craft and it shows up in every pixel, every layout, and every design that leaves our studio.

Annie
The Knight moves in ways you can't quite see and when you notice it, you'll wonder why you didn't see it coming.
That's Annie. She's the reason projects land on time, clients stay sane, and nothing ever falls through the cracks. With close to a decade of experience managing complex, multi-layered projects, she has a gift for holding it all together without making it look like effort.
Annie understands people. She anticipates. She listens. She doesn't forget. Her background in psychology and social work is her superpower. If you've ever worked with a project manager who actually made the process feel good, you know how rare that is. Annie is everyone's favorite person on the team.
Looking for the King?
You. Our client.
All the pieces in chess have one job: to do what it takes to protect the king.
At leatherjacket, everything we do -- every strategy we craft, every campaign we run, every decision we make -- is in your best interest.
We bring our best players. We choose our expert moves and we move with purpose. We always, ALWAYS, play in your honor.

The Team.
And then, there's the court. A bench of people we trust completely.
Over the years, we've built a circle of collaborators -- designers, developers, writers, and marketers -- who share our standards and our commitment to quality. They're not a roster we scroll through. They're people we've worked with, tested under pressure, and would call again without hesitation.
When your project calls for a specific skill, a particular voice, or an extra set of hands -- we know exactly who to bring to the table. You'll meet them when you work with us.
